We have reached the year 2023 with many transformations, especially
in the relationship between brands and consumers. No more talking of
a "new consumer". It already exists. It is already a reality and has been
defying brands for a long time. It requires another spirit, creativity and,
mainly, other methodologies as a way of understanding their behavior.
Market research, because of this, is constantly changing. Methods of
data collection require speed. The results also need to bring
knowledge, much more than graphics or embedded data models. The
moment is to think about how to be closer to this consumer in a
constant way, understanding not only his relationship with a product,
but all the context in which he is inserted, his lifestyle, experiences and
relationships. Consumption is a social practice and therefore needs to
be seen from a point of view that goes beyond an application of a
purchase intention survey.
All this undoubtedly reflects the belief of Ecglobal. We have worked in

and willing to make a daily contribution about consumption. It is in this
environment that we gather information in an agile and playful way,
through conversations and other methodologies carried out in
conjunction with our portfolio of solutions.
The 2023 Book Panel is a way to present the results of our efforts in
recent years to provide the market with the most reliable and accurate
online dashboard. A collective effort that involves an entire internal
team, a multidisciplinary human capital, research and technological
development, and the stimulus to constant innovate as required by
our clients.
