We have reached the year 2023 with many transformations, especially
in the relationship between brands and consumers. No more talking of
a "new consumer". It already exists. It is already a reality and has been
defying brands for a long time. It requires another spirit, creativity and,
mainly, other methodologies as a way of understanding their behavior.
Market research, because of this, is constantly changing. Methods of
data collection require speed. The results also need to bring
knowledge, much more than graphics or embedded data models. The
moment is to think about how to be closer to this consumer in a
constant way, understanding not only his relationship with a product,
but all the context in which he is inserted, his lifestyle, experiences and
relationships. Consumption is a social practice and therefore needs to
be seen from a point of view that goes beyond an application of a
purchase intention survey.
All this undoubtedly reflects the belief of Ecglobal. We have worked in
these more than 15 years of history to think ahead, to deliver to our
clients solutions and technologies that can reduce the distance
between brands and consumers, following the most advanced in the
industry. Our consumer panel has grown, gained credibility in the

With more than 15 years of experience in market research, panels

We use several sources of recruitment, with partners in several
locations, who follow the same excellence practices and Ecglobal
Solutions quality standard. This includes the double opt-in
mechanism for registering users on our panel, respecting privacy
policies and procedures. We use web and print advertising,
database permission, word-of-mouth marketing, partnerships
with websites and portals, and use of social networks and
affiliate networks for specific studies. We are one of the unique
online panel companies in Latin America that also uses off-line
recruiting methods to reach specific hard-to-reach groups.

We follow the standards, procedures and methodologies of the
market research industry, complying with the standards and
norms of various organizations that ensure the rights and
privacy of the consumers: TRUSTe, ESOMAR (European Society
for Opinion and Marketing Research), CASRO (Council of
American Survey Research Organizations) and ABEP (Brazilian
Association of Research Companies). Our Data Quality team
works to make our model representative for each country, taking
constant care with the execution of recruitment plans from
multiple sources. We extract representative samples in surveys
by imposing quota controls for each required demographic
group, for example, based on the national online census of
population composition of the country.

eCKrm. An advanced multi-point software for data collection and

panel - previously seen as something static - to a dynamic, playful
